It has been 105 degrees all week and I have become a complete shut in since my only method of transport is a bike. The life a shut in that reads books and does research all day lost its allure long ago. I’m really starting to crack. I did manage to wake up early this morning and and do some laundry in my bathroom. An activity which left the clothes I was wearing completely soaked with sweat.

Also, I’m currently reading the 60th book I’ve read since being here. The goal is 100. I’m 60 pages in and have already looked 30 words up in the dictionary, no joke. Good book though.
